Our hearts go out to former CSF board member, Thomas Cole whose wife Anita passed away today, October 17th. Congratulations to Dustin and Rebecca Shoaf for the birth of Clinton Paul Shoaf! He was born at 12:14am on June 19th. Congratulations to Megan Burcham, M.D. and Wesley Burcham, D.D.S. upon graduation May 12th! Congratulations to Lana and Zack McDaniel! Charis Anita arrived May 11 , weighing 7 lbs., 13 oz. and measuring 19.5 inches. Congratulations to Jared and Lauren Ballenger. Rigley Quinn Ballenger was born on April 27, 2018. She weighed 7 pounds 12 ounces and measured 20 1/2. Jack R. Hewitt passed away April 19, 2018. We wish to express our condolences to his daughter Constance (Hewitt) Siebels and her husband Paul. Services and burial were in Terre Haute, Indiana. Kasey Kahle and Corey Knaebel were married on April 8, 2018. Congratulations! Congratulations to John and Abbe (Allen) Hendrix upon the birth of Emilee Frank on April 13, 2018 She weighed 8 pounds, 7 ounces and measured 21.5 inches. Congratulations to Justin and Jessi (Brumfiel) Hart on the birth of Landon Matthew on March 14, 2018. He weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces and measured 20 inches. Michael Harold Hilkey passed away on February 8, 2018. We wish to express our condolences to his wife Gloria (Cummings) Hilkey, his children and grandchildren. Services and burial were in Bedford, Indiana. Leeland Christopher Fort was born on January 30, 2018, weighing in at 8 pounds and 5 ounces and 21 inches long! Congratulations to parents Thomas and Desiree` (Hull) Fortand big brothers Tristan and Vaughn. We wish to extend our condolences to Brady and Heather (Smith) Meadors. Brady’s mother Kim Dillion passed away on November 27, 2017 following a brief illness. |
